• For classroom or teacher-related matters: Contact the teacher first.

• If unresolved: Speak with the principal or appropriate school administrator.

• If still not resolved: Reach out to district-level admins (e.g., superintendent's office or relevant department).

This chain of command helps resolve most issues quickly at the school or district level without unnecessary escalation. It also respects the roles of our dedicated educators and staff.

• You've followed the chain of command and the issue remains unresolved, or

• It involves broader board policy, budget, or systemic concerns affecting students, families, or the community.
